Female Banded Phintella about 4 mm in size. Adanson's House Jumper wiping one of its 8 eyes.

Blue Glassy Tiger at Singapore Quarry

There are no more tigers in Singapore, but we still have our Glassy Tigers. Attached a Blue Glass Tiger, distinguishable from the Dark Glassy Tiger by a different forewing pattern.

House Shrew at Sengkang

Today, 5 mins before 7am, a House Shrew ran across the road at Sengkang. It's been some years since I last saw this nocturnal mammal. Great to know this species can still be found in housing estates. My previous sightings at AMK and Hougang were also in housing estates.

This looks like a female Rhino Beetle. It is about the size of a thumb.

Male Changeable Lizard in breeding colours.

Snake and Mealy Bug at Upper Peirce

There was a Malayan Brown Snake in the paddle. Can't really tell the length, but it's definitely more than 2 feet. The other creature of interest here was a Mealy Bug.
