Caught sight of this Malayan Flying Lemur hanging on the tree trunk. He was waiting for night fall when he would spring into action feeding on leaves, young shoots, flower buds and sap. This fella is not design to fly, can only glide from tree to tree, maybe to impress his mate :)
This Grasshopper has got eyes that look like candy.
This Honey Bee was collecting nectar.
This orange guy likes to pose :)
Dunno what insect is this, kind of small.. just about over 2cm in length.

Came close to a Green Crested Lizard at Lower Peirce. It was really green. As for the Slender Squirrel at Sime Forest, it was not so easy to shoot as it was hiding in the trees.

Common Fruit Bat at Fort Canning

Found a cluster of Common Fruit Bats at Palm Valley last Sunday. 1st pic indicates the roosting palm - straight into the shades are the bats. The 2nd pic is another palm with about 4 bats. The main cluster of bats (counted 16) are shown in the 4th pic. There was a single bat hanging alone in another palm, total 21 in all. The last pic shows how it tabs.

There were plenty of Tinfoil Barbs at MacRitchie Reservoir. Over at Lower Peirce, this lone Common Snakehead was here to check me out.
